Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
(b) On December 8, 2004, Active Power, Inc. announced that David Gino, its Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, had resigned his position. Mr. Gino will continue to serve as Active Power’s Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer to assist the company with the transition process through the filing of its Annual Report on Form 10-K for its fiscal year 2004.
