(the “Company”) will post to its website certain financial information relating to megawatts of critical power delivered to its customers during the fiscal year ended December 31, 2009, each of the four quarters of the fiscal year ended December 31, 2010, and the first quarter of the fiscal year ending December 31, 2011.
